Judging whatever these items may be strictly from sonar acoustic images... is horribly naive and completely unprofessional. The salvagers who discovered them have made NO claims as to what they are aside from some imaginative references to the Star Wars franchise.

On the other hand, the professional mainscream media has been increasingly vocal and now so too, those who have invented an occupation from shouting down anything more intriguing than than a dead battery.

This is a very interesting subject but we'll be quite content to await the results of an expedition to the sites. It's bad enough that this is an election year and there is soap scum building on our computer screens seeping in from the partisan shower drain. PLEASE don't invent new ways to make something curiously unique... as old and as boring as Penn Jillette.
